Dear Jory,

During the first online IVN meeting (that was held on the 1st August and
gathered Gifted Youth coordinators around the globe) it was concluded that
that kind of communication should take place every two months.

Since there are currently several initiatives going on (such as regular
Gifted Youth committee meetings and Edu SIG International) I would like you
to let me know is there still a need for meetings of Gifted Youth members
in the IVN format (discussing national activities, exchange of ideas and
experiences)?

In case there is, (1) what should be the meeting's focus (something which
is not covered by other activities), and (2) what would be the best time
for setting up the next online IVN meeting?

As seasonal volunteers, we deeply appreciate everyone's engagement and try
to make it prudent.

Best regards!

Predrag Djukic

IVN Committee chair

>From the CONSTITUTIONAL ACT, 16-43

“The purpose of the meeting is to allow volunteers other than chairmen the
opportunity to meet and exchange experience and ideas. The meetings may
have themes such as PR, Testing, SIGHT, IT etc.

Participation will be at the expense of the national groups of the
attending representatives, or of the members themselves as the case may be.”

Goals of IVN group set by the IVN committee for 2020-2021

   1.

Establish communication channels among members in charge for National
   Mensas’ (NMs) functions worldwide:
   2.

Organize the framework and encourage meetings of volunteers (other than
chairmen of NMs) to exchange experience and ideas, to support each other
with insights and advice through the full spectrum of functionalities of
   NMs.
   3.

Create a Book of knowledge (BOK) and provide NMs with access to it
