[Ivncomm] Online meeting of the Mensa IVN IT Department representatives

Hi everyone,

during the call, I suggested we might start by writing up and sharing what
systems each Mensa has, can offer to others or would need.

I am taking the liberty to kick off with what we have at Czech Republic.
Originally, I suggested to write a few paragraphs, but since we have a
bunch of systems, the text grew a bit longer. However, it might be worth to
read, because we are happy to share some systems and might even have a
person to help you to set it up.

What should you write?

For each system (10-15 lines in total):
- Use case
- Technical details (very basic, what tech. it uses, how many users it
serves)
- What we learned, recommend or would share

In general for your Mensa as whole
- Summary of your IT experience
- What would you need?

If you have comments, please, write directly to me.

If you have your material, please send it to everyone (I hope others won't
mind few mails). I will tally the documents and share the package during
the next call.
